Updated for patch 1.63.133.1020: Aspiration reward traits will now show correctly in the UI again.

The “Take PTO” interaction has new requirements, which are again probably related to Eco.

Career levels now support a new way of receiving bonus payment, presumably related to Eco Lifestyle.

Custom careers now work again! Any existing careers will need to be re-exported.
